More skin sheds today, but though they were out grubbing about I didn't spot any chasing

as I was going to remove the Sotching oxydator to refill with Hydrogen Peroxide
I descided to hang the new Ocean rock (limestone) in as well

the Opae ula stayed out on view, where's a few weeks ago they would have scuttled off and hid for 2 days
it wasn't long before they sent a 'scout' to investigate

I think the tank looks better with the new rock added  as before it looked sparce at the top :plain:
But more important the Shrimp seem to like it  there's x7 on it here x1 round the back
and x1 exploring one of the several tunnles I drilled through

I think it's important to have the tank as stimulating as possible after all the Opae ula are spending their lives in it

With x4 round the back there were x12 on the new rock this morning, and that was before the light came on.
I wonder if they were there all night ? New living spot (house)

I'm off up Scotland for a few days, Gold Prospecting, camping
and though I've never fed the tank :what: I'm going to mix a tiny bit of Spirulina with tank water
and put a couple of drops in above the rock, to settle on it as a Treat for them  while I'm away

I was pleasantly surprized to see how much the Opae ula had grown while I was away for 8 days.
The hanging rock is still their favourite place
